Down Eject Box Tippler Operation

1. FULL BOX IS LOADED INTO THE UPPER CHAMBER
2. CLAMPING LID LOWERS TO SECURE BOX
3.BOX IS TIPPED AND DISCHARGE DOOR IS OPENED
4. THE EMPTY BOX IS WITHDRAWN FROM THE BOTTOM CHMBER AS FULL BOX IS BEING EMPTIED
5. THE PRODUCT SENSOR SIGNALS THE BOX IS EMPTY. THE BOAT JOGS TO CLEAR ANY PRODUCE LODGED INSIDE THE BOX AND THEN RETURNS TO THE REST POSITION
6. THE CLAMPING LID RAISES TO RELEASE THE BOX. THE LOWERING TABLE RAISES ANDLIFTS THE BOX CLEAR OF THE BOAT FORKS TO SLIDE OUT SIDEWAYS TO CLEAR THE BOX.
7. THE EMPTY BOX IS LOWERED. THE BOAT FORKS RETURN TO THEIR PRESET POSITION AND THE DISCHARGE DOOR CLOSES.
