Like you, we have been closely monitoring the developments with COVID-19 and want to let you know that we have put in place a series of plans to ensure our team and our customers are as safe as possible, and that business can continue smoothly.
We have provided our staff with hand sanitiser and require them to wash their hands frequently, our H&S manager is regularly updating all employees with current government advise.
Our sales team are no longer visiting customers unless it is deemed absolutely necessary, using video conferencing and the telephone in place of site meetings.
Parts and machines will continue to be delivered, and we’re open for visitors to collect pre-ordered parts as required, as long as they follow our on-site hygiene rules, not shaking hands and sign our hygiene and virus exposure declaration before entering site.
All of our projects are on track, and at the moment, we are not expecting any delays in delivering orders. We have approximately £1m of replacement parts in-stock, and our support team are still available to you.
We continue to monitor the situation and will act on any advice issued by the Government, with updates being sent via email to our customers and posted on our website and social media channels.
