Haith’s Big Bag Decanting Frames are a gentle and affordable alternative for unloading produce from big bags.
A cradle is lowered over the top of the bag with a forklift truck. The bags are then hooked onto the cradle which is then inserted into the frame. Once in position, the bags can then be safely untied at the bottom and emptied on to the conveyor or hopper underneath.
Once emptied the operator simply removes the cradle with the empty bag attached and repeats the process.
There are multiple height options available in the frame to insert the cradle for various bag types.
