The Haith Big Bag Tippler offers a safe and gentle way to empty produce from big bags.
Suitable for use on various crops including potatoes, carrots, parsnips and onions, they are highly efficient, heavy duty and user friendly machines that can tip multiple sized bags.
The bags are placed into the tipping cradle either on a pallet or with the lifting hoops. The bag is then secured to the tippler with the bag locating hooks before being tipped over and fully emptied.
The crop is gently tipped up before being transferred onto the next stage of the line which could be a forward feed hopper, cross conveyor or directly into a pre-soak tank.
Once the bag is emptied the tippler lowers the empty bag to the original position to allow the operator to quickly remove and load again.
