The Haith Linear Packing Station has been designed and developed to be a highly efficient and ergonomic system which can be adapted to suit many applications.
The system, which can accommodate up to 10 people, has stainless steel stationary packing tables and multiple independent conveyors which transport full packs, rejected packs, empty cartons and full cartons.
Empty cartons are presented to the packing area which, after being filled manually are then simply pushed across onto the full carton conveyor eliminating the need for further manual handling. Any rejected packs are transported to a separate sorting area.
The full cartons can then be fed into a palletiser or manually stacked on a pallet for distribution.
