Sales, Service and Marketing Administrator
Job Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven person to join us as Sales, Service and Marketing Admin.
Being a member of the Haith sales and service teams, you will help us to build upon our strong foundations to maintain and progress our enviable position in the worldwide market.
This role will be key to the sales and marketing operations and focused on supporting the admin function for the sales team, developing marketing activities and also providing admin support for the service team as and when required.
Although the position will be predominantly based in our office in Armthorpe, you may be required to visit customer sites and attend trade shows.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and results oriented and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
Full training and support will be given.
Responsibilities and Duties
Including but not limited to:
Sales
- Supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks as required.
- Generating quotes on excel for the sales team.
- Creating order acknowledgements and processing orders.
- Answering incoming calls to the sales department.
Marketing
- Assisting in the creation of marketing material.
- Using Mailchimp to create and send out marketing emails.
- Assisting in the organisation of exhibitions.
- Liaising with our social media company to provide content and ideas for social media.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining the company website.
Service
- Providing administrative support for the Service Team as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flawless written English.
- A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in an admin role or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 Friday 08:00-16:30
